Weather App Resetting

hey guys.

i'm posting because lately i've been having issue weather app comes ios. have iphone 4s had jailbroken on 5.0, due clumsiness updated 5.0.1. i've re-jailbroken since then, have annoying bug locations in weather app reset after either respring or reboot. didn't have issues on 5.0 i'm wondering if maybe restoring backup might've caused this. have or seen similar?
