PREMIERE -fast way to rename files?

i need name files premiere project know looking for. best way go this? adobe bridge or in premiere?

btw, not refering batch renaming. want name video files know in them.

 

you can use finder rename files via clicking on file, pressing enter, giving new name, pressing enter again, pressing arrowdown select next file.
rinse , repeat.

or use premiere pro rename files, selecting first file, pressing enter, renaming it, pressing enter again confirm name , automatically going down 1 file , making ready new name.
rinse , repeat.
