MacBook pro issue color wheel

ok have macbook pro thats 08 , when turn on brings me desktop/home screen seems load normal. after loading go click color wheel permanently , thats can there. tried restarting , believe call hard restarting it, neither has worked me yet. i've been trying search , have found others similar issues have not come remedies of now. wondering if can me or @ least point me in correct direction? sorry if wrong section. appreciated much!
