Talking to the Apple Technical Engineers


hi all,

think right, or safe...
first i'll explain little issue - can't remove alternate email address (which primary address) old apple id's account, can't verify new apple id use imessage/facetime correctly.

i've been emailing apple, said is problem account, can't remove either... apple customer chat guy escalated case customer support via email...and couldn't either, escalated case engineering team, , 2 weeks ago, haven't heard them @ all....but did email customer service guy , said patient basically...

first time contacted apple in october, ignored 100%, had case number , when went check on it, said had been completed.
second time, in nov, same thing happened.
time, i'm getting through people , 'say' they're doing it...... think because don't know how fix it, they're ignoring me :)

but, changed password , gave me temp 1 use...but told me not account... i've got thought in of mind weird scam, know..? went through apple website (which difficult find way email them...)

anyway, else had experiences this? been told "wait" several weeks?
say, don't mind waiting, think okay?! :)
