Status bar getting stuck in landscape

im wondering if else having issue. randomly status bar stuck in landscape rest of screen normal. when happens scrren doesnt go landscape status bar jumps , gets stuck it. way fix respring. ideas of can cause it? sucks cause im trying keep track of usage data when respring lose it.
