Spam on Safari - Text enhance

hi there,

couple of days ago got stupid textenhance keeps underlining words @ websites browse , when hovered onto shows kinds of ads.
tried disable thinking safari extensions besides cuevana stream , codec m don´t have other.
cookie, can´t find under name of text enhancer or similar.

has encountered same , managed rid of awful spamming tool?
