really need help... iphone 4s keeps on respringing/rebooting/restarting every 10-15sc

i downloaded tweaks on cydia after need respring ... stuck on apple logo after couple of hours showed lookscreen couple of seconds it...

 

it should go safe mode , there can uninstall whatever put on may causing crash. if not put in dfu mode restore , re-jailbreak
