Folder Enhancer Question

i've installed folder enhancer , love it, except 1 issue. folders closed, instead of being able see 3x3 image of folder icons, can see few of them , images they're, lack of better word, melting.

i've attached before/after image. right side post-folder enhancer. idea what's causing this? love app, hate way it's making folders look.

looking @ screenshots looks have kind of theme installed, ref badge, might problem.

did reboot , resprong after installing folderenhancer?
