i putting application keeps track of competitors in running event. data stored using core data. have competitor entity , event entity, to-one relationship called subevent in competitor entity.
wish list competitor information in table, associated detail view using array controllers , bindings.
detail view have popup button showing current event competitor entered in, ability change event.
how detect when event has changed, before changes, can user confirm change should made?
need know details of old event, have keep record of old event , registration number , new event , registration number (which have allocate when change made) dealing financial consequences of change (make refund, charge more).
thinking have intercept change in popupbutton menu before takes effect, can't see how this.
