MacBook Pro shuts down when unplugging... battery fine!

i have macbook pro (late 2008), last 2 months, has been shutting down when unplugging. doesn't happen on every instance, around 75% of time. can happen either full battery, or less. has no difference.

battery has 241 load cycle, , system profile is: normal.

have done numerous pram , smc reset.

have appointment 'genius' sunday, on last few days seems have temporarily stopped happening.

symptom if doesn't switch off when unplugging, switches off if move it...

familiar anyone?

have videos show apple, incase can't replicate fault...

did check battery connector hasnt come loose?
