Macbook a1181 Keeps Going into standby

think know answer want double check.

have macbook a1181, when using mac on battery system goes standby. press power button , system comes on few seconds goes off again.

if plug in charger , press power button ok untill switch system off.

think issue battery needs replaced, wanted check before new one

yes definetly problem battery. replacement battery trick.
