Anyone order new iPad from abt?

told abt start selling new ipad on phone @ 9am central time on 16th abt online customer service , phone rep. placed me on order list , invoice sent me had time stamp of 9:01am. told me had no idea when receive order, got run around several different times. would've ordered somewhere else, ten percent tax break plus. else have similar issues?
