Just curious (what made you choose the iPhone)

i'm curious...what made choose iphone? whether started in 2007 or recent made jump os, why did choose iphone?

 

i got first gen iphone in january 2008. had think hard whether or not wanted spend $400 on phone.

deciding factors me had never had ipod , wanted 1 , able browse web in it's true form. it's 1 of best purchases i've ever made.
