Ipad/Itunes Issue transferring music

my itunes acting , not allowing me "cue" music add ipad. in other words, if adding album of music, , midway through drag album ipad, first album cease being added , second begin. songs transferred first remain, last few songs somehow disappear. noticed happens iphone well, maybe problem itunes. appreciate help

has had issue since upgrading itunes 10.6?
