Hide iPhone from AT&T

i want iphone, preferably 3gs or 4, , not charged data plan. new scene have looking around , haven't found much.

there jailbreak app or hack can hide iphone at&t don't know it's iphone? way won't charge me data.

 

you must have data plan ... at&t detect imei , add 1 account.
