finder bar no longer transparent

hey guys. have strange problem after installing theme software never should have done in first place. installed recent version of crystal clear , looked terrible uninstalled , finder bar no longer transparent. know how fix that? know shouldn't worried such things getting on nerves. 1 of small things notice

it should in settings somewhere, on work pc can't check right now. it's show bars "always," "never," , per app basis if remember correctly.
