Fastest way to restore iPhone: iCloud, Wifi Sync, usb Sync?

i'm wondering have found fastest. have 64gb ip4s. there 28gb used on right now. having software issue , reset settings..... prompted restore phone..... 4 hours later ready go... settings via icloud!!!

if had restore entire device, did when got iphone took 11 hrs.
realize that lot of storage , i'm not expecting hour or restore device... current time frame seems bit excessive me....
how long wifi sync take or usb sync vs icloud?
