Cannot delete folder drom USB stick

not sure post i'll try here.....
have ppc 1.85ghz imac still running 3.9
problem: usb stick did not eject , folder name remains on desktop. drive icon has gone. folder not move to trash although shortcut does. cannot delete it. info says folder has same values usb stick did. (see att)
please, 1 of folk!

ps present problem cannot load usb stick @ now. drive not show up.

please check imac's date , time settings correct, if not reset, , retry usb stick.
