Boot drive disk full...but what is taking up the space?

i use 120gb ssd drive boot drive , separate sata hdd storage drive. when working on projects in photoshop or other software, message boot drive full.

checked info on drive , sure enough it's close full, don't understand taking space.

can see in screen shot, says user "lavinia" taking 73.87gb if add folders within "lavinia" no near 73.87gb (more ~20.25gb) taking other space , how free up?

 

it hidden folder, library* folder.

find out, hard drive capacity being used, can use following free applications:

• diskinventory x
• omnidisksweeper
• jdisk report
• grandperspective

maybe try combination of several, if still can't find "missing" capacity.


what "other" in storage tab? eating space? theseb
