More Quicken Problems with SL Security Updates

i confused. many folks reacted in horror news snow leopard 2012-001 security update on feb 3 screwed rosetta such several power pc apps, quicken being one, didn't work properly, or @ all. understand reading forums , other sources these failures didn't affect - curious.

have 2 mac systems - 2008 mac pro , 2011 macbook pro. 1.0 version of security update applied both systems. , quicken 2007 (very fortunately) ran fine on both systems. version 1.1 of security update applied mac pro on feb 13 - , quicken stopped working. i'm leaving macbook pro alone until resolved.

has experienced problem latest update supposed fix problem rosetta? missing here?
