hi, have at&t iphone 4 , 4s, going travel taiwan in april , need unlock both phones can use oversea oversea sim cards. remember there use sticky tutorial thread(s) on forum can't seem find anymore. can link me thread?

jb required unlock phone? , there downsides unlocking iphones?
