Dreamboard themes uninstalling

the past couple days have noticed when download simple tweak or addon, many of dreamboard themes automatically uninstalled , have go , re install them. has happened me many times.

example today downloaded androidlock xt, automatically uninstalled os x lion , droid x themes dreamboard. annoying because i have go , re install them every time , change of settings back.

know why happens , there way stop it? app or prevent it?
