HELP! Someone overwrote their contacts over mine on my iCloud Account!

i sold iphone 3gs on ios 5, , may have activated phone them apple id....

of sudden, of contacts missing , have else's contacts instead...

every time try restore backup has contacts in it, restores phone without of contacts or information. if not restoring backup... thing transfers apps... again, feel apps might have never left phone.

cannot old contacts , frustrating. first person post solution helps me contacts on 4s, donate money paypal account posted.

bump, whenever try restore either iphone 4 or 4s 1 of older backups phone numbers, says "5 seconds until done restoring" , sure enough, after activating on ios 5 , telling not enable icloud, still gives me none of contacts, pictures, text messages of date etc etc.


it's frustrating, if have advice appreciate it!
