Words with Friends help with 2 iPad's

i have ipad 2 , ipad 3rd gen sharing same itunes account. ipad 2 assigned new email address, imessage , icloud account. removed words friends app , reinstalled new user id/password.

when playing wwf game on ipad 3 notifications showing on ipad 2. not games notifications. can't figure out how stop notifications account showing on ipad 2.
