Will an Apple Thunderbolt display allow me to daisy chain to a non apple display?

wondering looking new monitor macbook pro. @ moment use 24" screen perfect , wondering if brought apple thunderbolt display has thunderbolt plug on able link 24" have or 28" have downstairs have 2 monitors?
