Why iPhoto is not working with iPod Touch 4th generation?

i think title self explanatory....

upgraded ios 5.1

 

apple thought slow run it. apple thought no ipod touch user want edit photos on since has crappy camera.

if check requirements, last time checked supported iphones , ipads.
