Trick iTunes into letting me restore back to my 5.1 update?

so upgraded iphone 4 5.0.1 5.1, , want go because of horrible battery usage time 5.1 brought it. seems impossible me go back did before restoring 5.0.1. there way can trick itunes accepting old up? if change .plist file in back- folder, think accept then?

@ pic, if range entry (5.1) 5.0.1, think itunes accept muck new back- older ios version?

 

maybe try iphone hacks section? might have better idea of possibilities.
