Resolved MBP Key shortcuts not working


hi all

i've upgraded lion on mbp , wondering how can set f4 hotkey open launchpad? (ie, press f4 without fn)

i've disabled thing 'left' of desktop widgets on it.

mcp? mean "macbook pro" abbreviated "mbp"?
have tried methods laid out here?

that called "dashboard", triggered f4 key.
