i'm helping out friend has 1.83ghz white macbook on hands no longer working. looking sell parts, if there market.
main problem not power on, or , turns off shortly thereafter. computer has had lot of parts replaced apple on years- hard dive, logic board, top case, , lcd.
here specs
1.83ghz core 2 duo
512mb-1gb ram
60-80gb hard drive (probably removed if sold due security reasons)
combo drive
we're going try long enough full specs or take out ram , hd determine. physically it's in shape. has scratches in typical white macbook fashion overall not bad.
question is, worth anything? if so, how much?
as starting point, can check mac2sell, ebay, or amazon prices of similar models, idea of may able charge. adjust price account condition, configuration, remaining applecare coverage (if any), etc.
