kernel_task and coreaudiod 100% cpu

every monday when come work, these processes running @ 100% several seconds, go normal maybe 15 seconds, , 100% again while etc. solution seems restart.

have mac on , restart when happens. during workdays, mac works fine. seems if leave alone longer 24 hours (or along line), these processes start behave in fashion.

it's problematic me i'm running servers on it, , suffer these other processes taking cpu.

i've got macbook pro 2ghz i7, 4gb 1333 mhz ddr3, ssd , os x 10.6.8.

ideas?
