i have blurriedncbackground works great on notification center when phone unlocked. there anyway apply intelliscreenx background on lockscreen?

think because tweak notification center, not intelliscreenx, works on sb since notification center doesn't work on lockscreen. default anyway, saw new tweak enables notification center on lockscreen. added blurriedncbackground sometime though.
