I4 turns off at 70%

my i4 on 5.0.1 jb , turning off when reaches 70% battery life remaining started doing @ around 20% remaining , progressivly got worse. can power on after few minutes of power down time shut off again after few minutes of use.

thoughts?
suggestions?
fixes?
