Change library paths

i started os x lion (switched windows) , have installed on 30gb ssd.
im looking way change applications folder on second drive (2 tb) have default , not on ssd.
im not sure explained right if know mean appreciated.

it's not idea move of system files, library folders or applications boot drive. doing can cause problems apps functioning or updating. it's better move user files , folders , leave others in default positions.
