Atlanta - Verizon or AT&T iPad?

just wondering if atl folks have speed tests both services. i'm leaning verizon think at&t's hub in atl.

 

hub or not, in atl few months ago week , hardly connect above dial-up on phone. while staring @ corporate hq downtown.
