guys, i'm gamer on macbookpro using peripherals while running windows7. i've found 2 usb ports limiting. i'm using headset/mic in headset port, no problem. 1 of usb ports taken external drive keep steam (windows) games. i've got mouse , razer nostromo game pad i've plugged rocketfish 4 port usb hub.
i've been playing skyrim via windows 7 4 months without issues, since i've hooked nostromo , mouse via usb hub, game hard freezing. rocketfish usb hub plugs usb port , not have it's own power source. i'm wondering if issue, there not enough juice go around between 2 devices.
ideas? thanks!

yes... particularly given fact running steam games usb drive. try out powered usb hub.
