Siri on iphone 4

hello macrumors.

trying install spire on iphone. add repo.technetec.com/beta , when try install spite 2.3 (ios 5.1) posix connection refused.

know how fix this

spire not nor never work on 5.1 license issue or legal 5.0 or 5.0.1 sorry no options 5.1 @ moment. unless have shsh blobs , want down grade.
