Resolved Style Unlock - help!! I'm locked out of my phone :-(

i installed style unlock tweak,... stupidly enabled option says "disable use of slide knob unlock phone" , phone locked itself.

can't unlock because of option had enabled - how embarrassing

can offer advice, please ?

top option did not touch.
bottom option did not touch.

double tab home button , see if have app in tray. select open app, press home button home screen. can go cydia , deselect package.
