iPhone Audio Problem?

i have 3gs , when plug in kind of speaker makes weird heartbeat sound. tried plug phone in speakers without case , still makes sound. ive had problem year already.

can at&t store me problem or have go apple store this? think theres stuck inside headphone jack, think can still that? when plug headphones in audio alright , doesn't make weird sounds, when plugging speakers that.
