iCloud Problem

i'm restoring iphone icloud backup. it's stuck @ downloading "287 of 415" photos, , apps still stuck on "waiting" loading bars underneath each empty. phone disconnected wifi temporarily stopped restoring. i'm reconnected wifi , it's still not going. how can resume it?
