hi all. i'm new imac user , i'm having small problem facetime.
can reach son using ft imac, calling him on ipod touch, can't connect in opposite direction, ipod mac. can see he's trying reach me green icon @ bottom fraction of second, dissapears.
in advance help.
easy things do:
first make sure on wi-fi.
turn off ipod touch , turn on.
exit out of applications (double tap home button)
if these don't fix reinstall ios on ipod touch might faulty file.
