Alternative to WeeApp for app closer?

anyone know alternatives wee app closer? whatever reason never showed in notification center.

i'd button can click , close running in background don't have manually close out 1 one in sbsettings.

memory runs down 40 mb few apps running (ios 5.0.1 , iphone 4s)

 

make sure enable through settings.
