White Bars: Macintosh Classic II

was working on macintosh classic ii, client allowed me keep myself.

informed me mac had checkerboard pattern on startup, replaced of caps. (they happen manufacture logic boards) afterward, shows 4 white vertical lines, no chime.

i've washed electrolytic fluid board , need reseat components. everywhere online, boards in classic ii's not similar mine because rom chips appear different. have 4 small ones, while mine has 2 large ones.

can confirm typical classic ii motherboard?

also, of these 2 rom chips seated? there pair of pins in both sockets, i'm not sure how insert them.
