Tracking outbound links from an App

hey everyone,
publish travel magazine , we're going put few small ads in our next issue, we're having trouble tracking outbound links. our app uses open source magazine platform wraps website app, making easy non-coders build , publish magazines (its called baker if else interested in magazine publishing: http://bakerframework.com/)

either need track link inside html page, or inside app somehow. not experienced coder, figured easier inside html. first thought use link our own website , 301 redirect advertiser's website, thereby allowing track clickthroughs, seems overly complicated. there simpler way?
