Resolved No menu bar in virtual desktops/spaces? :(

so i've added new desktop in mission control, dragged app , there's no menu bar. i'm not running app fullscreen have no idea problem is. i've tried multiple apps , still no menu bar. i've googled lot haven't yet found solution. anyone?

that doesn't sound right, i've never used multiple desktops did test expierecning

launched mission control, created 2nd desktop, dragged open safari window desktop 2 , has menu
