Resolved Does Apple really make changes to the iPad a few months after it's release?

i have been told number of people made mistake purchasing 3rd gen ipad because it's new tech , bound have issues. told should return ipad , wait few months , buy again. told me after few months apple refine product. told me why people ask model numbers of apple products know release getting when it's resale.

there truth this? luvs muh ipad, dun want give , hav waits

 

how long want wait. if enjoy new ipad go , buy one. can wait ever improvements, , improvements done through software major changes or minor changes matter in ipad 4 or whatever call it.

go on treat great, have had 1, 2 , new one.
