Remove jailbreak on iphone 3GS, v 4.3.3

hi,

trying remove jailbreak on iphone 3gs can upgrade v 5.0. currently, v.4.3.3, modem firmware 06.15.00. using cydia jailbreak.

preserve data on (mostly smses), , might jailbreak again later.

help, anyone??? don't know of this. thank you!
