Purchasing iPad for the first time: Which iPad version should I get

here do:

have iphone at&t
use ipad in office , @ home
take places visit , travel
have gps in car , in iphone
play games on iphone , plan on ipad don't install many. uninstall them while later when bored
create content on iphone , plan same on iphone
consume content lot. use lot of apps feedly , flipboard
don't facebook use twitter, google+ , pinterest lot
try out latest , greatest apps.
lot of photography , if software powerful enough on ipad use lightroom dslr photos
don't have lot of mp3 files use streaming software, same goes movies
love comic books , have lot of cbr files (action comics, archie, old school, asterix, tintin)
did not buy kindle have alot of pdf files want read. online, offline


here options:


16 gb wifi (already have this, cancel if needed)
32 gb wifi
16 gb 4g

price cuts me off of 32 gb 4g

 

i had 32gb ipad 2 went past 15gb, photos , applications. of these photos dslr though thats why large. time around decided save 100$ because icloud never save directly ipad

average user, 16gb enough, reason can see needing more raw images
