i have problem: small business, created website years ago using frontpage, it's sitting on web host waiting updating.
problem converting/migrating new mac, , greatest timing possible pc went down, possibly permanently, due power surge, can't far updating. can download site files off of web host.. put windows on new imac bootcamp, didn't want , i'd have buy windows 7....
can download site pages host onto new mac , use new mac program update site? i.e. possible that, mac software take pc created site , convert it? program?
i'm not greatest @ html can if have to, i'm kinda wanting avoid having hire me this!!! i'm panicking little bit inside cos changed address , need update site... help!
web sites platform-agnostic, since html, css, & javascript text, , editable on either platform. download entire site server , you'll fine.
use text editor/ html-editor update pages.
