Need for Speed the Run - detected AMD 11.1 drivers, please upgrade to 11.7 ERROR!

i bought need speed run , when try launch it says

"detected amd radeon driver version 11.1. recommended driver version 11.7. please update drivers @ http://www.amd.com/ before playing game."

updated drivers

1. amd.com
2. clicked on support & drivers.
3. component category: mac graphics, product line: apple boot camp, product model: macbook pro, operating system: windows 7 - 64 bit
4. click on view results , takes me here: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/pages/bootcamp-win7.aspx
5. there's 1 result, version #8.812.

download that, install it, tells me installed fine, when try run game gives me same error. do? thanks.

p.s. know there bunch of threads around here this, thing none of them have solutions.

 

question idiot box; did restart windows 7 installation?
