1 issue noted in several of early reviews of new ipad fact amazon's kindle app ios [app store] had not been updated support retina display on new ipad. while ios capable of scaling text display @ crisp resolution of new display, apps such kindle package own fixed fonts , not compatible apple's upscaling.
but in time official launch of new ipad, amazon has updated kindle app version 3.0 include support new ipad's retina display, several new features including new library design , cloud view browsing content.
